In June 2016, Cyrrus staff presented the findings of a study completed on behalf of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), that detailed the impact on the Instrument Landing Systems of both current and future planned developments at Changi and Seletar Airports. The presentation reviewed a detailed written report into the considerations and potential impact around the developments based on a significant amount of modelling and assessment. Issue of the report, and the associated presentation, was the culmination of three months’ work by the Cyrrus airport safeguarding team, using their tried and tested process. The assessment considered a substantial amount of data, modelled using industry standard software, that assists in future airport development and the airport master plan. Cyrrus is proud to assist CAAS in their mission to grow a safe, vibrant air hub and civil aviation system, making a key contribution to Singapore’s success.
